HelpFindMyCure

Understand before you begin

Five truths

If these are unclear, the experience has failed its trust requirement.

1. My case starts private.

Your health case is not posted to the internet. There is no public browsing of patient cases.

2. I control who participates.

You decide what may be shared, with whom, for what purpose, and for how long.

3. AI helps organize information; it is not my physician.

AI may help structure records, timelines and evidence. It does not diagnose, prescribe, or replace clinical judgment.

4. Qualified humans remain responsible for medical interpretation and action.

Clinicians govern medical decisions. Contributors are attributable. The platform never pretends to be a doctor.

5. The platform investigates possibilities; it does not promise cures.

HelpFindMyCure organizes knowledge around unresolved questions—not guaranteed outcomes.
