Until tax or charitable registration is independently confirmed in configuration, this site refers to the HelpFindMyCure mission and the HelpFindMyCure Foundation initiative — not to a verified 501(c)(3), NGO or other regulatory status.

Objectives

Support difficult health cases, rare and undiagnosed disease research, diagnostic research, genomic investigation, specialist review, laboratory validation, patient navigation, ethical collaboration, and reusable knowledge only where authorized.
