Ring 0 — a sealed case
The patient, an authorized guardian, and the treating team can create a private health research case, upload records, build a timeline, control consent, invite a treating physician, message securely, and keep an audit trail.
Your case is not posted to the internet. There is no public browsing of patient cases.
Ring 1 — invited experts
Specialists, researchers, geneticists, pharmacologists and scientists may be admitted individually. Access is scoped explicitly. A verified physician without a grant cannot open a case merely because they are a physician.
Ring 2 — global network
Permissioned discovery, de-identified challenges and federated research are later-stage capabilities. They are feature-flagged and disabled until safety maturity is approved.
AI in the pathway
AI may help find, organize, compare and test knowledge. It does not become unaccountable medical authority. Every material model action has provenance. Clinicians govern medical action.
